Business Partners
For more than 100 years, the Rotary Club of St. Marys has worked alongside businesses, organizations and community leaders to strengthen our community through service and partnership. Together, these partnerships have supported projects, created opportunities and improved lives in ways that no single organization could achieve alone.
The Rotary Partnership Model builds on that tradition by inviting businesses and organizations to become year-round Business Partners. Rather than supporting a single event or activity, Business Partners help Rotary respond to community needs, support young people, strengthen local initiatives and continue projects that create lasting Community Impact.
Every Business Partner becomes part of a growing network of organizations that believe that together, we can do more.

Recognition Opportunities
Business Partner recognition has been designed to reflect Rotary's year-round Community Impact rather than focusing solely on individual events. Recognition opportunities increase with partnership level while remaining meaningful, fair and sustainable.
Recognition is intended to acknowledge the partnership between Rotary and the businesses that help make Community Impact possible. Recognition is provided in accordance with the Business Partner Framework and the applicable partnership level.
Digital Partner Badge
Every Business Partner receives a year-specific Digital Partner Badge recognizing its partnership with the Rotary Club of St. Marys.
The badge may be displayed on company websites, email signatures, social media platforms and other digital communications throughout the Rotary year. It provides a visible expression of the organization's commitment to supporting Rotary and strengthening the community through partnership.
The badge is also available as a window cling.
Annual Partner Recognition Display
Every Business Partner is recognized on Rotary's Annual Partner Recognition Display.
The display is a professionally produced pull-up banner featuring the names and logos of Business Partners. Displayed throughout the Rotary year at Rotary meetings, Speaker Series events, community events and other selected Rotary activities, it recognizes the businesses whose partnership helps make Rotary's Community Impact possible.
Community Impact Recognition
Community Impact stories are one of the primary ways Rotary shares the results of its work with the community.
Throughout the Rotary year, stories highlighting projects, programs and initiatives are published on Rotary's website and promoted through Rotary's social media channels. Business Partners are recognized within these stories, demonstrating how local businesses and Rotary work together to strengthen the community.
Speaker Series Dinner Invitations
Provides eligible Business Partners with invitations to attend selected Speaker Series dinners, offering opportunities to hear engaging speakers, meet Rotary members and connect with others in the community.
Homepage Carousel Recognition
Leadership and Cornerstone Business Partners receive recognition through Rotary's Homepage Carousel.
Displayed throughout the Rotary year according to an annual recognition schedule, the Homepage Carousel provides prominent recognition to visitors accessing Rotary's website while acknowledging the organizations that provide leadership-level support for Community Impact.
Event Recognition
Rotary events continue to play an important role in celebrating community partnerships.
Rather than representing separate sponsorship opportunities, event recognition forms one component of an organization's year-round Business Partnership.
Depending on partnership level, recognition may include marquee recognition, selected event recognitions and other event-specific acknowledgements.
Event Admissions / Invitations
Business Partners may receive complimentary admissions or invitations to selected Rotary events according to their partnership level.
These opportunities allow Business Partners to experience Rotary's work firsthand while meeting Rotary members, community leaders and fellow Business Partners throughout the Rotary year.
Rotary's Reach
Every Business Partner receives recognition through Rotary's website, social media, community projects and events throughout the year. Rotary's communications continue to connect with thousands of people in St. Marys and beyond.
During the 2025–2026 Rotary year, Rotary's communications reached:
- 840,091 Facebook views
- 43,818 Facebook engagements
- 910 Facebook followers
- Approximately 11,400 website page views

Every story we share, every project we undertake and every event we host provides another opportunity to recognize the businesses that partner with Rotary.
Becoming a Business Partner
Every Business Partner relationship begins with a conversation.
Rotary recognizes that every business is unique. Organizations differ in size, priorities and the ways they choose to support their community. Rotary will be pleased to discuss partnership levels, recognition opportunities and your organization's preferences for recognition throughout the Rotary year.
Business Partners are not purchasing advertising or individual event sponsorships. They are entering into a year-round partnership that supports Rotary's mission while receiving meaningful recognition that reflects their commitment to strengthening our community.
